Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Fusion Project Billing Module Consultant. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, specializing in delivering functional solutions for modules like Project Costing, Project Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Cash Management. This role requires a professional who can analyze requirements, propose solutions, engage with stakeholders, and ensure the successful design, deployment, and maintenance of ERP solutions across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis & Solution Design:
Analyze business requirements and propose effective solutions.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
Design, build, deploy, and maintain ERP solutions end-to-end for multiple countries, addressing complex change requests and new rollouts.
Impact Assessment & Change Management:
Assess the impact of upgrades and monthly patches on design and solutions.
Evaluate the impact of change requests across various modules, including Financials, Procurement, and Billing.
Ensure that changes are aligned with the overall system design and business requirements.
Testing & Support:
Support various testing phases, including application upgrades, environment builds, and production incidents.
Provide troubleshooting and resolution for any issues related to ERP functionalities.
Documentation & Compliance:
Create and maintain project artifacts such as design documents, configuration documents, and accounting workbooks.
Strive to demonstrate and adhere to the behavioral standards of HSBC and the FinEX service line.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
8-10 years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
Strong expertise in modules such as Project Costing, Project Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Cash Management.
Experience in designing solutions, reviewing business processes, and implementing best practices.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in organizational structure data, legal entities, business units, cost centers, nominals, and chart of accounts structure.
Ability to interpret Oracle BI/MI reports and validate reporting requirements from a functional perspective.
Experience in preparing configuration documents like MC050 and configuring end-to-end Fusion Project Billing integrating all PPM related sub-modules.
In-depth knowledge of Project Foundation, Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Project Controls, Project Contracts, Project Templates, and Project Accounting rules.
Capability to interpret accounting models for Project Costing, Project Revenue, Receivables, and Payables.

Education:
