Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Mulesoft Lead .This role is pivotal in leading and delivering production support across various applications, ensuring the seamless operation and resolution of technical issues. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in application support, specifically within the finance and investment domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Access Management:

    • Manage user access for auditors and third-party vendors (Alight and Icompaz).

    • Investigate and resolve user access issues related to Workday.

  • Audit and Compliance Support:

    • Facilitate audit processes and ensure adherence to compliance requirements.

  • Incident Management:

    • Provide comprehensive incident management including investigation, resolution, and root cause analysis (RCA).

    • Conduct business impact analysis for major incidents.

  • Proactive Monitoring:

    • Implement proactive monitoring strategies to prevent recurring incidents.

  • Business Requirements and Enhancements:

    • Understand new business requirements or enhancements related to the application.

    • Coordinate with the Icompaz team to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOP):

    • Update and maintain SOPs related to the application to ensure consistency and efficiency in support processes.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Strong familiarity with Workday, Payroll, Mulesoft, and integration tools.

  • Application Support Expertise:

    • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in application support, particularly within finance and investment applications.

  • Problem-Solving Capabilities:

    • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and resolve them within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Collaborative Skills:

    • Proven ability to partner effectively with product vendors and implementation teams.

  • Business and Technical Acumen:

    • Ability to understand and translate business and technical requirements into effective design and build solutions.

Additional Skills:

  • Agile/Scrum Methodologies:

    • Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum principles.

  • AWS Knowledge:

    • Familiarity with AWS and its application within a support environment.
